I'm pretty sure these same people are denying women's access to birth control. Just how many of them are so concerned that a child have a mother and father that they have adopted children? Or are they only concerned enough to deny others the right to marry?

Yesterday there was testimony from an expert in favor of equality, and the defense kept trying to demonstrate that he'd used the same data as Regnerus, and he had to explain that just because the same company did both of their surveys, didn't mean they used the same data. He also explained that the problem with Regnerus wasn't the data, but the analysis.

I am a Michigan resident (Ann Arbor area) and I am glad to see my state is taking baby steps towards getting rid of our odious constitutional amendment which banned gay marriage in 2004. I hope the baby steps swiftly change to leaps and bounds.
