Well, the image is unquestionably ugly and mind-boggling. But I'm not seeing sexism here. And if it is trying to make some sort of political statement, it fails spectacularly.

As a woman I don't find the picture sexist. What I am very tired of is the media-created phenomenon of Hilary Clinton as some sort of super-monster of some variety or another. Why they cannot talk about her without casting her as some other-than-human thing is troubling.
