I am sorry. Really. I know it's an asshole thing. Its not really funny. But just the idea that he (they) keep doing this stupid thing, over and over and over... something about that is hilarious.
And why is Kelly Lynch telling this to an interview? Is that supposed to help? Is she somehow bragging about Murray's childish pigtail-dipping? Does she enjoy that it bothers her husband? Or does she think it's hilarious, too?
And what's up with Mitch Glazer? If I was getting unwantedly harassed by someone on the phone, I'd take measures to block them. Glazer could afford a full-time operator to screen his calls, for God's sake. That is, if he can't figure out how to work caller ID or change his phone number.
@5, there cannot be anybody on this earth so bereft of human feeling that they would block Bill Murray's phone number. I would KILL to be harassed by Bill Murray at 2 AM.
@7 I agree. The muddled point I think I was converging on is that I don't think they were really annoyed, because they could have done something about it. I'm guessing this is Kelly Lynch tweaking Murray back, painting him as an asshole.
I liked your comments much better. Succinct and emphatic.

Bill, we are not worthy.
