I approve of exercise and of lower carbon-footprint commuting. But urban bicyclists are almost uniformly awful scoff-laws who deserve to be run down. (No, I do not own a car.)
Whatever. Minneapolis has had this program for years now. No one is strapping anyone to a bike, there haven't been massive accidents, and they're generally pretty popular. Oh, and we're apparently more laid back than New Yorkers because there was exactly zero outcry when a station got put in our neighborhood.
