It is impossible to read that description and not be reminded of Matthew Shepard. Hard to believe that was 15 years ago now.

Another thing Obama did: he signed the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Act into law on October 28, 2009.

he didnt speak any english; had his phone/backpack stolen by a group of 3 or 4 teens that regularly scout the neighborhood for vulnerable individuals [that almost never report the incidents]. He refused to give up his pocketed items and ended up having his clothes stripped. Poor little fella.

If he comes forward I would be happy to teach him how to use a handgun, in fact I would even buy him one provided he is a good citizen who meets the legal requirements.

@10/11: My partner got mugged on that block a few weeks ago, just of a device, but while there were other people around and waiting for a bus. The teenage-looking kid just ran off.
