If they don't pass it someone should make it a ballot initiative.

I feel that I help create a job when I spend money..in the store, or in restaurants when I leave a tip. Every dollar spent helps pay for someone to work.

@7, It's more the case lately that the vast majority of the dollar you spend goes into the pockets of the CEO's and the proprietors with very little or the none of the rest of the dollar going to create jobs.
