Goddamn anti science bull shit. The vagina will lubricate even during rape to try to lessen physical trauma. Sometime in our evolutionary history, the women that could do that were much more likely to survive. I bet this fuck tard doesn't believe in evolution either.
2
I'm surprised the judge didn't order the woman stoned to death for dishonoring her family's name.
3
Someone needs to fire the California Commission on Judicial Performance; four years between that bullshit and the public admonishment is simply unacceptable.
4
This is a great day for women! Let judges everywhere be warned: watch it or you too might could get admonished after a few years. Sternly admonished.
5
Beyond belief.

Fuck the CA Commission on Judicial Performance - turn up the heat on this asshole until he resigns.
6
After 3 years of working for attorneys I'm slightly less appalled by their behavior and now completely shocked at how awful a lot of judges are. They seem to have no oversight whatsoever and a lot of them are completely vile.
7
Orange County California is infested with Republicans -- and Republican-appointed judges.

Nuff said.

How can we possibly form an opinion on this without seeing a picture of Derek G Johnson and what he was wearing when he handed down this verdict? I'm guessing he looks like something no woman would touch for a million dollars at gunpoint. It would explain so much. When the body is starved for sex, it has a way of shutting down compassion and even basic legal reasoning. Unless perhaps a lot of damage is inflicted on someone's career.

Wait, so we women can just "just shut that whole thing down" BEFORE the rape even occurs? How does that work? Like, can our pussies just clamp shut? Or maybe big spikes come out??? And why did no one tell us about this before?

What. The. Fuck. I think this is a very poignant example of why we need mandatory sex education in schools, no bullshit excusals for religious reasons. There seem to be a large contingent of men who think women have magical pussy powers. It's both fucked up and baffling.

@7 am I missing the part where it says what county this fucktard is in? This sounds more like something out of one of our more rural counties to me. But what do I know -- I just live here.
11
Well, eff me. It's in the link. Sorry.

Anyone else want to start a recall petition with me?

@10 "Here's news for medical science, courtesy of Judge Derek G. Johnson of California: the human body can "shut down" rape.

That's what Johnson, a judge with the Orange County Superior Court, told lawyers representing a woman who had been subject to a sustained sexual assault by her ex-boyfriend, the Associated Press reports."

I'm just curious how this judge acquired so much personal, generalizable knowledge of how hard it is to fuck women who don't want to have sexual intercourse that he felt entitled to take judicial notice of it.
14
Akin's ideology is widespread.
15
I'd like to see that Judge tied down and sodomized so we can test his theory that only willing orifices will accept a penis: if he's right, his anus will seal shut and not permit penetration.

I'd like to see this Judge tied down and sodomized so we can test his theory that only willing orifices will accept a penis. He should have no problem with this, because according to his theory, his anus will seal shut and not permit forced penetration (unless, of course, "a lot of damage is inflicted," whatever the fuck that means).
17
I am proposing a recall on this Judge purely on his remarks, his assumption of medical facts when he admitted he has no knowledge of gynecology and the lowering of the recommended sentence.

Please wait...
