stupid fucks.
2
I guess "Celine" would be a natural gay-guy spelling mistake. But "CelinA" if you want teh googlz to work at its very best.
3
We should send them t-shirts that say "Darwin Was Right!".
4
It's Celina not Celine...
5
In the QUnited States of GAmerica HomoSecularHumanists have free run of the schools to indoctrinate the next generation.

please make a note of it.
6
That pesky 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is such a bother to conservatives.
7
I vote that they pay a hefty settlement first. That way the assistant principle will almost definitely lose his or her job.
8
You're going to eat your vegetables. The only question is whether you're going to be crying while you do it.
9
The conservatives KNOW they are going to be sued. And that is what they are gunning for. Why? It's an opportunity for them to be "victims" of the homosexual agenda. It also allows them to further push the idea that public school are beyond repair and so bad with money. Forget that in this case they had to pay legal fees that should have been avoided by not breaking the law.
10
It really upsets me that being pro-gay is considered a political act.
12
@9 I sincerely doubt that these people think that far in advance. Every single instance that I've read about in dealing w/ teenagers & LGBT issues, the situation has come about through knee-jerk reactions, immediate decisions w/ little thought given to consequences. Yes, they are used retro-actively by NOM and others, but this is not from a plan for the future, but a persistent attitude of looking to the past & not to the future.

That all being said, I wonder how Constance is doing these days. Is she seeing somebody? Is she doing well in her classes? Has she kept in touch w/ Ellen?
13
In these days of near-austerity budgets for public schools, you wonder how they could afford the added luxury of institutional homophobia.

Hmmm... In a town of 10,400, I wonder if this has anything to do with it:

14
I wonder what personality attributes tend to attract more idiots than average to being in charge of school systems? Or, is it just an average number of idiots, who tend to get called out more?
15
Depressingly, it's probably somewhere between what @9 and @13 said, or it'd be safe to assume "support our troops" and Michigan State sweatshirts are banned from that school as well.
16
What @15 said.
17
@12, please...they KNOW this shit gets them sued in court and that money comes out of the schools general fund budget. And that means cutting more programs (that the board will blame on those pesky queers, you know they will) and then turn and say public schools don't work.

This has played out TOO many times over the past few years. They know exactly what they are doing.
18
This is why I'm a card carrying member of the ACLU. So glad to see them coming to the students' defense.

11

ooooh.

you're so assertive....
21
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I live in Dayton, Ohio, and wasn't aware of this. I've just made a donation to the ACLU of Ohio Foundation. I'm glad that the ACLU is on the job, and I'm really glad that there are high school kids, even in rural Ohio, who are willing to stand up for LGBT rights.

The anti-gay fuckers have lost the war, even if they won't admit it and even if they're still willing to fight battles such as this one.
22
I would point out that the ACLU isn't specifically being pro-gay. They are pro-freedom of speech, and have defended people accused of all manner of icky things.

That said, GOOD FOR THEM. We need for there to be someone interested in defending rights, not just fashion causes and pity cases. The ACLU is a stalwart champion of Constitutional freedoms, and I applaud them even when they aren't siding with the people I find most sympathetic.

Happily, in this case, I am not burdened with supporting justice at the cost of defending a person I find distasteful: Rawr! Go get 'em! Put the fear of righteous litigation in the shriveled hearts of those homophobes!
23
17
totally.

every time the aclu sends in its greedy butch jack-booted thug lawyers to bully some local government it builds more seething resentment.

21
lost?

really?

the tally is three to thirty?

how exactly does what Washington did affect the thirty states that already outlawed homosexual marriage?

did you know that many of those states didn't just make homosexual marriage illegal, they amended their state constitutions to outlaw homosexual marriage.

and amended their state constitutions to outlaw homosexual civil union.

and amended their state constitutions to refuse to acknowledge homosexual marriage and civil union from other states.

and passed those amendments with over 80% of the vote.

'lost' really doesn't mean what you think it does......
24
@23: Lost means exactly what I think it does. The anti-gay side has lost, even if the war is not over yet. The fact that there are kids in rural high schools willing to stand up for what's right demonstrates that. Do you really disagree that the direction this country is headed is towards equality for LGBT folk? Stop looking towards the past and start looking towards the future.
25
24

ah yes, diauria; the children.

Queer,Inc. places great store in getting to the children and substituting their values for the values of the families, and justifiably so.

Hitler brainwashed a loyal generation of Nazis in less than a decade through the Hitler Youth.

The Communists trained loyal little commie stooges to turn in their own parents for subversive attitudes.

Getting GSA into every school in America is a very effective adjunct to the relentless brainwashing kids get from the popular culture (Nielsen finds that a quarter of programing advocates homosexuality...)

But what of your Victory?

Do you remember Murphy Brown?
In the 80s she was the Liberal Media's poster girl for normalizing out-of-wed motherhood.
(Think of MB as the Glee of her day...)
They were very very successful.
There is no stigma at all attached to it now, and upwards of half of all children born in this country are born to unmarried women (three quarters in some particularly economically ravaged demographic groups....)
VICTORY!
My, at what a cost to society, however....
Just last week Kim in Portland was describing some terrified single mothers and their grim struggle to survive.

Because, you see, Liberals can normalize degenerate behavior but they can not erase the devastating social costs of those behaviors.

So celebrate your Victory. You Are Winning! You've Won!! Take a victory lap.

And stay tuned.

In 10 years for the stories of heartache, fear, loss.

They inevitably follow when society embraces deviant behavior.

(remind us. how did Hitler's victory brainwashing the youth of his society turn out?...)

26
Shouldn't there be a mandatory course on LGBT rights in a high school setting for administrators? Seems that something like that offered at teacher conferences would save a lot of folks a lot of money.
27
I hate assistant principals.
28
@11 PLEASE don't feed the trolls. It's like getting water on Gizmo - all sorts of ugly, ridiculousness spouts forth.
29
@25: *exaggerated jack-off hand motion*
30
29
that is why you can't orgasm with your buttugly GF.
(that, and the whole gay thing...)
danny advocates a light touch.....
31
@30: for all your tiresome repetitive posturing, pretending that you care about fetuses and "traditional" families, you often show your true unhinged nature. Like the other day when you suggested that Paula Broadwell's husband should "skull punch" his wife.

http://bit.ly/UhjagB

Get help.
32
@30: *exaggerated fellatio hand motion*
33
31

Lou?
Is that you?
Lou Zerr?

the two are not mutually exclusive.

and if Dr Broadwell grows a pair he may yet take the advice.

(although you evidently misread what it was)
34
32

if you're doing fellatio with your hands you're doing it wrong.

no wonder none of the boys on Craig's list answer your ads. word gets around.

maybe danny has a book (with pictures) you could buy...

For guidance on how to properly handle possible church-state conflicts, see my former high school (Shorewood, not Messmer): http://www.shorewoodnow.com/news/school-…

I love you, secular liberal socialist bubble universe.
36
@33: ooooohh, BULLETS! Sorry, I have no difficulty getting erections without thinking of firearms and revenge killings, so they don't often come to mind.

What's the essential difference between your "vision" and the Taliban/Sharia law? Why not just welcome radical Islam with open arms? Or is all that praying and fasting inimical to keeping your fat ass on the couch?

Please wait...
