Where is New Sewickley Township??? Is it even legal to shoot skunks there? Was there a light involved? Night hunting is usually illegal. Many unresolved questions in this smelly affair...
Maybe Mudede should shed a few pounds from his fat ass so the urban homies don't confuse him with an escaped black bear from the zoo and open up with their AKs. Oh, that's right. Shootings only occur in rural areas amongst white people. My bad.
@1: To answer your first question, it's just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Now if you don't know where Pennsylvania is, please let us know and we'll be delighted to tell you.
New Sewickley is in rural Pennsylvania. In lots of places, it's legal to shoot skunks on sight, as they are considered vermin. (It may not be wise, as they are likely to spray immediately, but whatever.) The article I read stated that alcohol was NOT involved.
This guy should absolutely be charged. He's a menace.
Not really. Santorum represented Pennsylvania for one. And it seems difficult for a pro-choice Democratic Senator to get elected there. While PA mostly goes blue in presidential races, there's a reason why Republicans are trying to disenfranchise Pennsylvanian Democratic voters; the race is often close enough to steal.
Only a grade A moron would shoot a skunk near their house. Honestly they should take this guy's decision making permit away, no more guns, no more driving, no more shopping for himself.
While my "Alabama" crack was aimed at the hillbilly cracker redneck characteristic of the rural Pennsylvanian, it applies to their politics as well. PA has been a battleground state for a long time, and a quick look at their voting shows what I mean -- small (but populous) blue clusters at the end, a sea of red in-between. Not unlike Washington in this regard, though we don't have that other blue dot (sorry, Spokane).

I don't know why I just noticed this, but now that I have, I find it strange.

Lookat this map: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Stat…
Google "Alabama in the middle" if you don't believe me. The comparison is attributed to James Carville.
