Maybe Safeway can get their money back for their investment in those anti-theft devices? Charles should get a reward for informing them.

I picked up one of those just yesterday and several more in recent weeks around Columbia City side streets. They don't seem very effective.

I bought a bottle at Safeway and they forgot to take the thing off, which I didn't notice until I got home. It was kind of disappointing how easy it was to defeat the thing. I almost didn't even need tools, but I think I ended up needing a pen to cram up there and hold the catch back.
