Can we please be more careful with the headlines? The law isn't vacated, what's vacated is the ruling that denied a preliminary injunction against enforcing the law.

I wish some super-PAC would run ads, aimed specifically at Republicans in GOP-governed states, asking them if they are proud to belong to the party of voter suppression.
While the vast majority of Republicans think it's fine to cheat if it helps you win (is there another explanation?), it might at least sway some tiny portion of the GOP that actually believes in our democracy.
Actually, that's not what happened. They didn't vacate anything today. They returned it to the lower court for more study on the implementation details. The two dissenters (out of 6) were ready to vacate it without further study. Wishing does not make it so.
