I thought "endorsed" meant "gave money to" and the ad included promotion for the endorsee so potential voters could read the candidate's positions short-hand.

If Cann got 100% on the NARAL voting test, why shouldn't he also use this shorthand?

because it's well understood endorsed means endorsed, not rated 100% and not got money from.

as every candidate well knows. every one. as sly cann here admits.

sly cann is playing it loose, as he made the same "Error" previously, claiming he was endorsed by NARAL when he wasn't.

That's not how the endorsement process works, and Cann knows it. He's an experienced politician. He knew it was there, and he knew it was wrong. It speaks to integrity and authenticity. If he would let that slide, what else would he not be honest about.

"Dear Molehill,

Sylvester Cann is kicking ass in doors and fundraising. If you could kindly transform into a mountain a couple days before the primary ballots are mailed that would be just peaches.

Sincerely yours,

Gerry Pollet"

You see folks, who says wishes don't come true?

The big-ass flyer from Jessyn Farrell arrived in mailboxes yesterday. Under "Endorsements" it contains the same language as in Sly's flyer. It also has the same problem. NARAL has not endorsed in the 46th House Position 2 race:

(no bold names there)

Interestingly, Cann and Farrell share the same political consultant. Want to tell me again how this was a "mistake"?

Please wait...
