Yet another Republican demonstrates with his actions that he is only interested in small government when he is not in charge of that government. Once a government agency becomes any Republican's power base, that Republican will grow it, not shrink it.

Republicans really just love power. They hate things that have power over them (government agencies that they do not have control of ...) but they love their own power (government agencies that they do have control of.)

You CANNOT shrink government by voting Republicans into office. The Bush administration demonstrated this clearly.
