Kiki's was pretty awful. Poor service coupled with poor quality food resulted in a complete absence of patrons. I'm not sure why that space can't attract a more successful business; transitioning a food truck like Marination Mobile into that space seems like an excellent idea.
I have to ask this as a long time Seattle resident.....How in the FUCK has the Broadway Grill stayed open for ages while places with far far better food have come and gone?
@3: You're completely wrong. The food there was AMAZING. I'm very much going to miss the pork yakisoba and the best $4 pho in the world. And the stiff drinks. It was one of my regular hangouts and I'm very, very sad it's gone away.
Wait ... sorry, I forgot the CH station is being built more slowly than the UW Husky Stadium station.
... maybe get on your fixies?
