I just went to their website (the idea of Pumpkin Pie being delivered to my mouth made me excited) and guess what? THEY DON'T OFFER PUMPKIN PIE ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! Seriously, what sort of terrorist front is this?!?!? But they offer Mexican Chocolate?!?!? Can you say "a little bit racist"? I am sickened!!!

There goes my last hope of returning my waistline to its teenage state, shy of contracting a wasting illness. I was so glad Pie was in Fremont, where I never, ever, ever go. Delivery means I'm ruined. Their pie menu today, for example:
Savories: Pot Roast Pot Pie, English Meat, Chicken Pot Pie, Channa Masala, Broccoli Cheddar, German Sausage Wraps, coming out by Noon, Meatloaf Pie…

(I hope "English Meat" is not a euphemism for some Sweeney Todd inspiration.)

@5, Okay Megan.....It kinda made me freak out. And I get freaking MAD if there's no pumpkin pie available everywhere from November 1 until December 31. I just sorta lose it and everything. :)

@6 Ha! As you should. I would NEVER recommend a pie shop that doesn't have pumpkin pie in November. That's blasphemy. It's just not allowed.

@2, I got a little chill remembering this... does that building have a basement with a furnace, O Map-Master?

@8, ha! It didn't useta, I haven't been in the basement since back when the building was full of working artists. The then-owner of the building used the basement to store his old cars in - he'd come tinker with them in the evenings.

Fifty bucks is a lot of goddamn pies.
