"Chay" means vegetarian, so it's probably not real crap meat.

So, so funny to point out minor errors in the second languages of others.

one of my favorite indian restaurants' menus had vegetarian misspelled "vagitarian" all over it. they finally got new menus without the same spelling error, but i giggled like a 12 year old boy every time i saw it. still do when i think of it, like right now.

I'm not so sure Sriracha is a registered trademark. I think it's just a descriptive word for a type of hot sauce. Besides the ubiquitous Huy Fong Foods brand, there are many others, including Vi Hao Foods, Chili Boy, Flying Goose, Phoenix and at least a few other Thai ones.
