BoA had poor EPS and poor profit margin, but high gross profit numbers. I wonder which metric bonuses are paid out on?
2
If copyright and patent laws did what they should, Chuck Berry would be a trillionaire.

Not all Renaissance-fair enthusiasts are crazy... some of us are just your regular lovable nerds.

are slog commenters moonlighting on king5.com?

"Renaissance enthusiasts, who recreate fights from the medieval era." Do you mean to say that they recreate fights from the renaissance era? Or that they're medieval enthusiasts who recreate fights from the medieval era? The two are very different and separate time periods. Way to have a basic knowledge of history.

way to suss out the true tragedy in that story!!!!!!!! ps: j/o motion.

@2, the problem isn't with copyright laws (this isn't a patent law issue), but with the fact that he signed an onerous contract, at least by today's standards. By the standards of a black kid in the 1950s, I'm sure he thought it was a pretty good deal.

It's also Bristol Palin's birthday! Send her a wish!

Happy Alaska Day everybody!

Also, in addition to filming women on the toilet at his restaurant, Chuck Berry used to pay women to sit on his face and shit into his mouth. There's video. Yay!
9

I had no idea that Mount Rainier is an active volcanoe and could actually erupt at any time. Man, would that be something!
12
@11: It would also kill about 80-100,000 people at the very least.

Please don't blow up until i'm dead, Mt. Rainier. It would make me too sad. 2050 is probably safe, but make it 2060 to be sure.
14
@8 I DID NOT NEED TO KNOW THAT.

I love this parenting style. The dueling as punishment, I mean, not the pre-duel beating. When you can fight Dad to a standstill, the house rules are negotiable. When you can best Dad, you make the rules of the house.

Please wait...
