This bill is a great leap forward, but without a provision for a citizen to grow a cannabis plant or two at home, it is incomplete. At the rate some people use the plant, harvesting two plants every other month would be plenty. This bill does not legalize home gardens.

I had a cookie in university once. Nothing fun happened. It was one of a small stash that a dunk/druggie roommate who never went to class had hidden in the freezer of our 4 person university residence apartment at WWU. The cookie contained a small leaf on the top and that was it.
