I like cars. I go to car musuems around the world.
And I think its really really sad when art museums buy shows out of catalogs, which have nothing to do with the place the art museum is located.

I would love to see Portland curators do a show of cars from Portland, bringing more issues in than just admiring expensive consumer goods.

A good curator could do a brilliant show on this subject.

A bland curator can pick a show from a catalog, order it, and go back to having lunch with rich people.
