Why aren't there any stuffed vegan cupcakes for VegFest?

For the first time I wish I lived in Seattle. Or, like, happened to be visiting a friend there.

It's sunny, you should just come for VegFest. Anywhere along the light rail line will do then hop a bus or take the monorail from Westlake.

Seeing "come" and "face" in the same sentence makes me think of a lot of things other than cupcakes. But I'm a filthy pervert.

Might I recommend the reese's mini cups baked into brownies? Just pour brownie batter into mini cupcake tins about 1/2 full, then push a mini reese's cup into the center until it is flush with the top of the batter. I assumed it would be a melted mess, but it works wonderfully and they are always the first to go at my parties.

@5 Yup, I LOVE peanut butter cups in stuff. Banana cupcakes, especially. The full size PB cups work, too!
