But was anyone watching TV? I try to bring at least three not-yet-read books with me if I have any business at a government office. And a crossword puzzle book.

When I was at the Dept of Homeland Security a few weeks ago they were playing CNN on the tv's on mute, while some asshole behind one of the counters was jamming out to Steve Fucking Winwood. The terrorists have truly won.

For the record OKC does not have a passport office.
The closest would be Dallas.

And also - you're in a passport office at 2:41 on a Friday. Meaning you can afford to leave the country in this economy. Quit bitching about the city that allows you to live that life. Some folks work.
