technically, water contains some 02, which is technically carcinogenic .... but that's why we have these great self-repair mechanisms in our cells (and the apotosis chains to kill off the ones that went nutters)
O3, I'm assuming @1 means, as O2 is oxygen. Funny story: stores sold ozone (O3) generators for quite a while to "help repair the ozone layer," you know, until they realized it was carcinogenic. Also, O3 is used by our bodies as a generator of free radicals. Often, preventing and causing cancer are just a matter of dosage.
I'm a guy who needs quite the caffeine fix throughout the day, but I dont know that I'd bother posting about my disappointment at being shortchanged at the vending machine. Must be a slow day, huh?
