That's quite the convenient dodge on your part. You can't have, say, a gay kiss, sex, or violence on TV without Right Wing media watchdog groups inundating stations with letters or pressuring the FCC to fine broadcasters or censor content, but this man can slander people's characters and incite the Travis Bickles of the world to fall into hysterics? Which is more likely to "inspire" violence and civil unrest again? Or does the moral imperative only apply to dangerous "Leftist" content like "Nip/Tuck" and "True Blood"? This is the Free Market you love in action: enough people become nauseated by his antics and either tune-out and/or question the journalistic value of what's being broadcast. Fox may promote itself as the Fountain of Truth and the voice of the common man, but ultimately nothing is more important to it than ratings and the big $$$ that comes from advertisers. Certainly companies have the right not to associate themselves with such low-rent demagoguery.
