Going from the title, I bet Merdith Gantry blows a lot of drow elves in this book.

The first four or five Anita Blake books were great, then LKH started writing erotic fanfic about her own characters. The plots fell apart, the characters became as interesting as your regular porn character. Vampires and werewolves all have huge cocks.

Based on the cover, Catherine Tramell would love it.

@1: Haven't read this one, but I have read the first three, and yeah, that's about the speed of it.

"Oh no! The fate of the faerie world is at stake! Let's stop and have crazy group sex! Oh, I'm so scared, I need some more of the sex." About the only thing that does not happen is someone reaching over and masturbating someone during a running gun battle.

I did say it was fluff. But I've been reading both series since I was in high school so I'm attached to the characters.
Yes, it's become about sex, but who doesn't like some erotic vampire fiction now and then?
And, full disclosure, I don't think you can blame Paul if you don't like this review. He used every one of my 92 words. Short is sweet.

Friends don't let friends read Lauren K. Hamilton.

Good diversion programs include Kim Harrison, Charlaine Harris or Patricia Briggs.

You know, women authors in this genre who can actually write.

Isn't "erotic vampire fiction" a redundant phrase?
