I saw the girl in the first photo riding her bike at midnight in the same outfit, shirt bellowing around her, smiling broadly. I think I fell in love just a little bit. Thank you for sharing that photo and reinforcing my original conclusion... swoon.

@3 on Friday I witnessed someone walk into a bar on the hill wearing only tennis shoes and underwear and get served. I have a feeling 'no shirt, no shoes, no service' doesn't really apply on the hill.
