"Reign City" original Fleeta Partee has been putting it down since pimpin since been pimpin—known as Big Partee in the early days of the still-smashin' Sportn' Life Records, also known as Mr. Partee as part of the 90's Seatown crew Shabazz Coalition. In 2012 he's staying sharp and true to the soil with an album (coming out tomorrow) featuring production from Vitamin D, Jake One, and Lord Sith.

In this slick clip—directed by another Seattle OG, The Note—agents try to apprehend Partee as he conspires with Vitamin D and Black Stax/Silent Lambs Project MC Silas Blak. When the squad in turn hijack a radio station (a rap staple since the "Posse's On Broadway" video), it harkens back to the video for Silent Lambs Project's own 2002 (or so) video "Mic Choke", seen below:
