So all SPD has to do is stake out the dumpsters around all the ritziest and most data-sensitive institutions in Seattle and watch for a guy trying 100 keys against the lock.

Or if they traced the cell phone, they should also have the guys name, address, and SSN; even prepays sometimes have that information.
