didn't "social conservatives" win big in TN, CA, FL and AR?
I love it!
More like "Screen Shot of the Year/Decade"
Hey! Same three on my losers list too!
Anti-transit car lovers are also losers. That's four.
they for got our Seattle Pro Sports franchises!
Looks like Jeopardy.
"I'll take Losers for $100 please".
they should add *gays* to that list. No more gay marriage in California : - (
All my enemies lost in one night (save for the horribleness with prop 8 passing). I love it. Change is coming, and it sucks it won't come to the gays yet, but your time is coming. I can feel it, its going to happen. We are going to sway them.
Trickle-down fans? But I LIKE water sports!
i've been saying that for years. way to be johnny-come-lately cnn.
Oh snap
I like that list but it could be much longer.
Please visit www.mormonsstoleourrights.com to sign a petition to have the tax-exempt status of the Mormon church revoked. Maybe we can put "Mormons" on that loser list too.
@Carollani: Done.
#13: Agreed that we need to focus on getting funding cut off, by showing churches in their true light. I don't know anything about the process for removing tax-exempt status with the IRS. Are the people deciding (presumably IRS employees) appointed (and by whom?)
Is this something congresspeepz have influence over? Where is pressure best applied?
I totally took a screen shot on Tuesday night when KIRO did their "losers" bit -- of course President Bush was first on their list. So now I have a picture that says "LOSERS" with a picture of W below it. He's a loser multiple times over.
@13/15/et al. This is also a good resource: http://lds501c3.wordpress.com/2008/10/29/how-to-file-an-irs-501c3-complaint/
ooh, I like Darcy's idea the best ...
actions not just words.
That's a good resource too. This site has pre-filled out forms ready for you to print out and send to the IRS at the address provided, or you can fill out your own form with the information provided if you'd like to make it more personal. Let's do this thing.
Unfortunately, this won't work. 501(c)3s are not allowed to advocate on behalf of candidates, but they can advocate on behalf of issues, including ballot propositions.
It's too bad we let them fuck up America in their self righteous ignorance before we kicked them the hell out. But now let's not let the American people forget that fact. And the new President is going to continue to need our undying support for his programs. So stay involved people. Don't go back to your apathetic ways.(I know were not all apathetic, but apparently many of the people who finally voted had been)
