For months all you heard was Clinton's the same as bush that's not change, ohmygod Clinton is a "compromiser" "she'll do anything to win, just look at how moderate Billdawg was1" "YEah they're both just power hungry compromisers, we need a Fresh Start, BushClintonBushClinton they're all the same!!!!"

Now: Wow, Obama's so cool he's picking these sharp savvy Clinton people!! He will have asshole capability! Woo-hoo !! See how intense he is in his desire to "get things done" see how smart he is in rely ing WASHINGTON INSIDERS. He's sooo smart, you see, because he's not "too" liberal, woo hoo.

I see a pattern, and it's still one of adulation rather than logical consistency.
I don't mind the part that is pro Obama it's just that about half or more of the anti Clinton arguments were total bullshit and the pro-Emanuel reaction now proves it.

Clinton was great. Obama's smart to pick one of his dudes who has risen even more. I think Obama is on a path to clearly be a better president than Clinton, even though his electoral victory (% of EV, ro % popular vote) was about the same as both of Clinton's and wasn't in fact a big blow out. But part of Obama's greatness is he's incorporating lots of Clinton.

In other words, continuing with basic Clintonism IS EXACTLY THE CHANGE WE NEED and it's a-key with Barack Obama as long as it's Barack Obama doing it and not HRC.
