I, on the other hand, am very efficient during the course of a work day at moving the pile of papers from the left side of my desk to the right side.

He had positive results from five of the six and hadn't heard from one uncle so was assuming he didn't want to talk to him. To paraphrase he said something like "fuck him, he only gave me $15 for graduation anyway." Also that his family was voting no on 8.
