Speaking of salt, caramel, and chocolate, has anybody tried Starbucks new Caramel hot chocolate yet? Apparently they sprinkle sea salt on the whipped cream.

This trivia thing, is it Slog trivia again, or some other trivia?

PopTart, I have tried that hot chocolate. I do not recommend it. It is like drinking a salty, extremely concentrated pudding pop. That might sound tasty, but don't be fooled. In fact, the only reason I went there was to try that specific hot chocolate. I woulnd't get it again.

While Slog Happy is all fine and good, the tomorrow night is the 2nd day of the Vera Project's annual fundraiser, A Drink For the Kids where all the alcoholic "adults" can help "the kids" by drinking whiskey and beer. Everyone wins!

@23, those are good, aren't they? Dubbelzout! It's not just the salt, it's the ammonia. They can also be used for entertainment, when you lure unsuspecting people into trying one for the first time.
