Visual Art To McCain, It’s A Game
posted by October 23 at 11:00 AM
onAmerican photojournalist Christopher Morris is having a show at London’s Host Gallery of his icy-cold images from the 2004 and 2008 presidential campaigns of Bush, McCain, and Obama. (Above is one of his Republicanbots.) I’m not sure how effective these images are, but the show is called My America, and The Guardian has a video interview with him here.
Here are some more of his images.

the "more images" link isnt working
good God it's not working - I need to see more icy-coldness
Dreamy guy! I'd do him.
If that image were black and white it would be hard to tell this audience from one from the late fifties; all those suits, white shirts and simple ties. They could be listening to Joe McCarthy.
I agree with Vince. That's a pretty nice looking Republicanbot.
Weird: the link is working for me. Here's the URL:

None of the links are working for me at all. SUCKS.
@ 1& 6 when you get to the page you have to click on "photographers" on top of the otherwise empty page.
He rather looks like one of those angelic young men so often depicted in photos of Hitler Youth rallies. Pretty isn't everything. Sometimes it isn't even very much. (BTW, no other pretty boys in the portfolio of images)
it's a republicant!
Get his book (same title as the show); spooky reportage of Bush's 2004 campaign.
Republican men are totally better looking than our schlubby asses.
I knew it, dammit! This election is really all about Demobots versus GOPcepticons for control of all the energon in the galaxy!
Go, Obamptimus Prime! Smash that evil Mccaintron!
*dons tinfoil hat, starts humming*
Can-DIDD-ates!--more than meets the eye;
Can-DIDD-ates--robots in disguise ...
That is one very very white crowd of people.
Eek. Reminds me of Bobby Beausoleil (of the Manson family). Same dead eyes. Not hot. Looks like he'd write helter skelter on the wall with your blood.
