Kinky artists.

If you’re ever in Anacortes, look up Cascadia Contemporary, which used to be known as Department of Safety. (Exhibitions list here.)

What am I looking at? Is a live animal seriously being electrocuted here?

It's still called the Department of Safety. The gallery space (now known as Cascadia Contemporary) is housed within the D.O.S., as a component of their artist-in-residency program.

no animals were harmed in the making of this exhibition! There are a couple taxidermied animals but they were long dead! I think the artist found them at a thrift store or something.
