The Schwarzenegger

“Look at what the presidential campaign has reduced down to: They now are accusing each other of things that have nothing to do with the economy, that have nothing to do with health care, that have nothing to do with the environment, that have nothing to do with, you know, how we deal with foreign countries,” Schwarzenegger said.
Is the terminator addressing McCain/Palin or Biden/Obama? What side is he on?

Maybe he's saying we should get it over with and have the election now. :)

It scares me that the View and Arnold are making the most cogent political analysis that I've seen/heard/read. I guess that comet won't be too long in the landing.

I'm starting to wonder if Arnold is going to become the republican's Lieberman. The dems will never trust fully him, but it looks more and more like he's in the wrong party.

But this is not "cogent political analysis". This is Schwarzenegger being a scheming asshole.

According to the article, it's his own former campaign manager who is driving the 'negative tone' of the McCain/Palin campaign, and Schwarzie thinks he's brilliant.

It's just a cheap shot at Obama, to cover up the desperate mudslinging of Arnold's preferred candidates. Pathetic.

My gut feeling is that if Arnold thought he could win re-election as an independent, or chose not to run again, he would endorse Obama. Arnold is a fiscal conservative and a social liberal.

@7 - These days "fiscal conservative and social liberal" describes a democrat.

I think the use of the word "they" implies that he's referring to both sides...

Ar-nuld isn't my cup of tea, but at least he's a sensible Republican with a conscience....or maybe that's just Maria poking him in the back with a stick.

We could do a lot worse than to have more Republicans like the Governator.

Well, I heard a few things to-night. A few.
