Actually, if anyone has been up that way check out Burlington, Vermont. It has a tower (needle) and ferries. It really looks and feels like a Seattle with different chirality.

Which, if you're lazy and don't wanna click, says "2008 YTD August Average Residential Home Price: $18,822" with a -55.72% change from last year.
