These words frighten SLOG:
O Beautiful, for spacious skies.
For amber waves of grain.
For purple mountain majesty,
above the fruited plains.
Do loud noises frighten you Jen?
I don't get it.
Was this a Mike Gravel campaign commercial?
MY COUNTRY IS A BEE
SWEET LAND OF LIVER TEA
A BEE I SEE!
LAND WHERE MY FATHERS HIDE
LAND THAT THE PILGRIMS TRIED
FROM EVERY MOUNTAIN-SLIDE
LET FREE DUMB BRING!
I don't get it either. I thought there was something wrong with my computer's audio.
I gave it a minute and a half and I'd like that time back, please.
Disturbing? It was more a big yawn.
That person needs to unwatch Eraserhead and then make that video again.
I looked in the comments hoping one of you arty-literati would explain it to me. It was bargain-basement Un Chien Andalou near as I could tell.
Who's recording Mr. Poe's dreams?!?!? UNAUTHORIZED CRANIAL INVASION!
I kept waiting for him to play the electric organ and he never did.
not sure i understood it, but i could certainly connect with the audio.. that was pretty terrific. do you know if this artist made the soundtrack from the video source or was it from someone else?
seriously ... could someone explain to me what the fuck that was about?
j: According to this review (http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/ent/arts/theater/6058275.html), the soundtrack's by Maxson.
I always found this work by Chris Cunninhgham to be pretty scary. Relates to a big fear of deformity and neglect. It gets wacky crazy Aphex Twinned but it still irques a fear of the dark and how adults with children's minds scare me!!
I always thought this (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7382676545570345084) by Chris Cunningham was pretty scary. It touches on a fear of deformity and of neglect. It gets a bit music videoy (which i like as well) but nonetheless leaves me a little chilled.
How about the Parallax View with Warren Beatty for extreme, bizarre I don't even know what-shit
