The City has no business subsidizing new rental units for people earning 80% of median, period - the market is already producing them, and the real need is more in the 50-70% median range.

Her proposal isn't as bad as the Mayor's, but a developer giveaway by any other name...

I don't like her. She's constantly thinking of ways to give the developers bigger and uglier buildings as they push out working people with phony "affordable" housing rules.

HDC is where it's act regarding housing policy. Fuck SAGE. All affordable housing development paid for by the City (or the Feds) pays prevailing wages already. The contractors sign affidavits and the City audits them.
