Seems like the SPD only contacted King County to cover their asses / make a suit by Gaston more difficult. If she had really assaulted them they would have busted her on the spot no question.

If the officers felt "assaulted", they should have arrested her on the scene. If this sticks, it's complete bullshit.

man, spd has really graduated. usually its only the homeless and addicted that get slapped with phony assault charges!
