"Do you believe as Vice President Cheney does, that the Executive Branch does not hold complete sway over the office of the vice presidency, that it it is also a member of the Legislative Branch?"
Palin: "Well, our founding fathers were very wise there in allowing through the Constitution much flexibility there in the office of the vice president. And we will do what is best for the American people in tapping into that position and ushering in an agenda that is supportive and cooperative with the president's agenda in that position. Yeah, so I do agree with him that we have a lot of flexibility in there, and we'll do what we have to do to administer very appropriately the plans that are needed for this nation. And it is my executive experience that is partly to be attributed to my pick as V.P. with McCain, not only as a governor, but earlier on as a mayor, as an oil and gas regulator, as a business owner. It is those years of experience on an executive level that will be put to good use in the White House also."

Hooray for refusing to resize a stolen pic, and refusing to credit where it was stolen from. Kudos to ECB. Plannin on taking credit for anyone else's work today?
It does raise a question, though: Dave Reichert ran a funny ad during the last race showing Darcy Burner as an unqualified job applicant. The ad didn't say that she was unqualified because she's a woman, but ECB claimed it was sexist because it showed her as unqualified in a sort of characteristicly female way. This chart doesn't say Palin is dumb because she's a woman, but it does show as dumb in a sort of characteristicly female way. So isn't it equally sexist?
I thought the same thing about the lack of attribution.. But it does have www.adennak.com in the upper righthand corner, so that mollified me somewhat. Though, a link would probably be a good idea...

Only a forceb fed bdose of common sense can cure the Obama hangover you leftists must be feeling today.
Sarah Palin was dominant last night. It was one of the best debate performances ever. If it were possible, I'd move she replace McCain at the top of the ticket because she would effectively abd devistatingly expose the truth about Barack Obama:
His Marxism, his secret Muslim faith, his associations with drug addicts and known homosexuals (particularly his secret plans to support gay marriage and convert kindergartners to homosexuality), and his obvious allegiance to Islamo Nazi terrorists. This man is a treasonous traitor who is despised by the military, would never receive even the most formal respect as commander in chief, and will destroy this country.
Why is it that a majority of wingnut haters who post comments are unable to spell or use English grammar properly? Really, it seems like a consistent trait. Lord Bashizzel, I'm looking right at you.
I'm glad you're so excited that Sarah didn't completely embarrass herself last night. I mean, she didn't actually answer the questions but she did spew a lot of cutesy, folksy one liners and if that's good enough to appease you guys, more power to you!
@ 11: I don't think this is really a "typically feminine" kind of stupidity. In fact I am pretty sure that if you were Lord Basil, you could easily rejigger it to fit Obama.
The "do something adorable" part might seem a little sexist if it weren't exactly the tactic Palin uses, in real life - she reduces HERSELF to that stereotype.

C'mon gang, Lord Basil is an obvious satirical goof.
Although, I'm sure, if Palin had her way:
"Oh, doggonit, donchaknow, I thought John was a big ole' moose - so I shot the dickens out of him, you betcha! Can Todd and me and the kids still move into the White House now?"
The thought of any of these four pres/VP candidates running the United States in executive positions scares the hell out of me. I know that either a) the second coming of Christ must be immanent, or b) a new revolution is soon upon us! The original intent of the Constitution and Bill of Rights were spot on, but this group of wackos from both sides have nothing to offer when they talk about "change". Change for the sake of change is not necessarily change for the better!

artifact city USA.
Am I hungover or is that thing blurry as shit?

@2 I didn't drink last night but it's still blurry and funny as shit.
@3 - you really can't make that shit up, can you?
It's really funny seeing it in writing.
Totally hilarious. And totally accurate.
Attribution? http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2008/10/3/43222/8057/718/618653
No, but she made it up. It's frightening to see it in writing.
Blurry = funnier upon funny.
Maybe this is how the chart looks without her glasses.
Can we call this type of debate chartular?

Very funny! Thanks for posting.

doesn't it say right on the graphic -- www.adennak.com?
It has credit in the picture.
www.adennak.com
Or can you not see that because it's blurry...

Thank God for Sarah Barracuda!
What thought process did you employ when you plagiarized Joni Balter?
Much easier to read when it's not resized on the fly (it's even worse in the source blog, but fine when viewed by itself):

Who let Lord Basil on this blog? Did he get lost on the way to Glenn Beck's web page for more talking points?
Why is it that a majority of wingnut haters who post comments are unable to spell or use English grammar properly? Really, it seems like a consistent trait. Lord Bashizzel, I'm looking right at you.
Lord Basil, thank you for taking time out from your white supremacist and anti-democratic activities to contribute to the slog. Best wishes.
Oh, Lord Basil, you're so funny, you betcha!

Thw words "Palin" and "flow" made me throw up a little in my mouth.
It had to happen... Palin debate flow chart t-shirts! http://www.cafepress.com/addenak
Anyone may wear this shirt upside-down as a cotton crib sheet.
LOL
