<description><![CDATA[<p>While reading this post I overheard the manager of the nursing home I live in tell an employee how she is against the transit system because she never rides the bus (she drives a Lincoln) and would never set foot on a "subway" and doesn't think it's her responsibility to subsidize "lazy" people.  The employee said she was going to have to vote for it because she needs the bus to come to work.  In a huff, the manager said "Now I know why you are always late.  Maybe you should buy a car so you'd get to work on time."</p>]]></description>
