Obama is certainly neither, but what are you going to do when some crazy Nation-Of-Islam inspired shoeshine boy acts out his rage against America? While I don't expect there is much overlap in practice, the catagories "muslim terrorist" and "negro shoeshine boy" are not logically exclusive.
