You know I love you. (Well, NOW you know.) But why do you need a hot water heater? Why not just get a water heater? Heating hot water seems like such a waste of energy.

I don't get the image of the woman at all. If you're going to use some stock image, why not one that has to do with, you know, bathrooms? To me, that gigantic woman looks like a nurse, and she makes me subconsciously read this as an ad for a home health services provider or some kind of long-term care extended insurance package.
