What's with the terrifying faux bad quality video???????????????

I hope history remembers John as a disgrace, and not a "hero"

Oh, they might stop talking about Joe soon...

Interesting, cause both MSNBC and CNN say that Joe would pay LESS in taxes under Obama and MORE under Comrade McCain and his Socialist Republicans ...

Somebody needs to make a video game where Joe the Plumber keeps making very bad choices ...

0:13: "Everbody"? Really? Is Obama's tax plan so bad that the McCain campaign can't afford to hire a proofreader?

Seriously...if spreading the wealth around will help our education system so "EVERBODY" can spell, I'm all for it!

It thrills me to no end knowing that all of the money spent on these hopeless ads is just completely wasted and represents resources that will not otherwise go toward advancing any kind of right-wing agenda.

"Obama's not truthful on taxes"? McCain isn't truthful on ANYTHING!

At first I felt sorry for the guy, but the more I read about him, the more he seems like a self-entitled doofus.

Working around construction day in and day out, I know this type well. Luckily, they are the exception to the rule.

This has nothing to do with anything, but I can't believe the guy is 34!! going on 44? wtf? Does plumbing cause accelerated ageing? I'm just being catty because I disagreed with everything he had to say....

This, amazingly, is Joe "The Plumbers" Wurzelbacher's DAD:

no shit. lol.

I have to believe that even low information voters at this point just see all these tax commercials as just noise. Both sides point fingers and say the same thing - thus regardless of which one is being truthful - it's not a winning strategy for McCain.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review is the print media equivalent of Fox News. I automatically ignore anything that has their name connected to it.

Sheryl @13, you beat me to it. You know a campaign has lost all shame when they start citing the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. (See Hillary in April.)

The batty opinions of the Tribune-Review do not reflect those of Pittsburghers. The newspaper of record in Pittsburgh is the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The Tribune-Review is to the Post-Gazette as the Washington Times is to the Washington Post.

And that, folks, is your East Coast elitist media lesson for the day.

Everyone knows that Poor Old Joe The Plumber makes more than $250,000 a year, right?

That's more than EIGHT times as much as someone making $30,000 a year. I don't know anyone who makes that much. What is John McCain smoking if he thinks I'm going to give a crap about Joe's taxes. Fuck Joe - I want healthcare!

@11, no it's not. I thought so too, but it's a mistaken identity. Wrong Robert M. Wurzelbacher.

@16 you are right, my bad. But they MUST be related and share the same ideals. They share the same name!

Just like ALL Husseins, ya know.

McCain is a liar. Palin is a liar and pals around with secessionists (and is married to one). “Joe” is unlicensed and is not a plumber. He is just another crooked contractor doing shoddy, unlicensed work – he has at least two tax liens against him. Another example of McCain’s erratic behavior and poor judgment.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h12mEegemI0 - best campaign ad of the season; I'm wiping away tears (partly because my "little" nephew is in USMC Boot Camp right now).

Extra credit -- look up how McCain voted on funding benefits for vets with brain trauma

"Off The Bus" is reporting that Joe the Plumber isn't even registered.

And thanks, Grammar Cop, for noting that typo and getting it up there first. Rush to publish, much, Senator?
