Sorry Dan, I believe it's supposed to rain tomorrow afternoon and a bit after that as well.

One should view that photo while listening to Sarah Palin play the flute.

September and October are almost always nicer in Seattle than the summer months. The days are just shorter.

September IS a summer month, Bauhaus. But you're right; this is the way it always is here. Rain all June, Beautiful October.

This view looks very familiar from the isthmus in Madison, Wisconsin - minus the ferry boat,of course

Srsly - every summer people bitch about how 'summer never happened' in Seattle. What the fuck? I was outside running, biking, walking or doing SOMEthing almost every day this summer. I bike or walk to work every day and I wore a raincoat maybe 3 times.
I had more outdoors time this summer than any summer past.

I'm w/ #6 - you live here - don't bitch about what you've chosen.

@13 - Yeah, I don't know, I've got a pretty decent tan. I spent an awful lot of time floating in Lake Washington and getting my hiking boots dirty and my life jacket salty. The weather can't have been all bad.

But this last stretch of sun is glorious, though. :D
