She didn't cite any sources for that information. The Mayo Clinic doctors who treated him said his cancer had not recurred (last July) and that he needed no further treatment. Early treatment of melanoma (surgery, typically) cures the patient 2/3rds of the time. If he were getting chemo or radiation, I'd be worried about this, but the fact he isn't tells me his doctors consider him cured.

Any competent actuary will tell you that statistically, he would be likely to live out 2 terms. He might not, of course. But Wolf's claim of 2-4 years survival is pure fabrication.

McCain is an ass, and I don't want him to win. Palin is scary, and I really, really don't want to see her anywhere near the White House. But this article is paranoid nonsense.
