Who’s the Daddy

posted by on September 1 at 20:34 PM

He is…

dailynewsparents.jpg

hot. NY Daily News:

He’s a superhunky bad-boy ice hockey player from cold country; she’s a chestnut-haired beauty and popular high school senior. Soon the all-American teen twosome will make GOP vice presidential pick and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin a grandma at age 44, just in time for Christmas.

Doe-eyed Bristol Palin, 17, and ruggedly handsome Levi Johnston, 18, have been dating for about a year, locals in their hometown of Wasilla, Alaska, told the Daily News. And the pregnancy? An open secret in the close-knit town of 9,780.

Palin is a red herring. She will be off the ticket by the end of the week. ANYTHING the Obama camp says about inexperience will be used against Obama himself once McCain fills the veep slot - for real this time - with someone like Pawlenty or Romney.

If the McCain camp can rack up some sexist comments or tacky tactics (dissing a troubled teen) from lefty bloggers ("Obama supporters," they'll say), well then they'll have to use that too.

I hope I'm wrong...

Frankly, who could blame her?

"Dear Diary, how could I resist the magnetic pull of his eyes, they looked right into my soul. His body was warm, and hard, the Northern Lights were out that night and as our bodies joined together I could swear I heard angels singing. Though it might've just been the choir practicing..."

p.s. Dan, sorry for the pointer to this I sent you, didn't realize you'd already seen it.

Am I the only person who's taking that "and will marry the father" part of Palin's statement as more of a threat than a simple statement?

So like McCain will air ads with scary words floating above a blurry background of a computer screen, "B1tch sux! Kil hur! -- Neo1997" "MILF is a lier! -- FaB10" ? Ha ha! What will Obama say to that? Nothing! What can he say?

This crap about how the internet better what what it says is retarded. If Obama were hurt because his supporters are mean on the blogs, then why isn't Hillary the nominee?

But this pathetic argument won't die. McCain's going to rack up pages of mean words from the interwebs, and print them out and then read them out to somebody and then what? Win? I don't think so.

Hey. Can anybody review the timeline again? These overlapping gestation periods and moments of theoretical copulation and conception and months of exile in Mantua are a nightmare. Was there time for all this to go down the way they say?

Hey, call me a comedian, but you know what's really funny -- all this stuff about pregnancy, came out on -- Labor Day!

Get it? LABOR day? L-A-B-O-R Day? Like pregnancy and all that?

Oh yes, what a laff riot...oh, guffaw...labor day, that's rich....laughter grenades....

Who could possibly make this shit up?! Why is this not yet a MTV reality show?

Desperate Housewives meets the O.C. meets West Wing meets Saved By The Bell! This rocks!

In other news, is anybody watching NBC's reality show about the toughest jobs? Tonight's episode is about driving semis through Alaska. They just teased a big crash coming up after the commercial break -- which I'm sure will turn out to be the McCain campaign.

This is unfortunate. Levi Johnston is cute enuf -- but there is another Levi from Wasilla who is way sexier:

I left out the best part -- the other Levi from Wasilla is a wrestler at 145 lbs.

I think Bristol should have shopped around.

His other pic:

Right, but how do you explain this?

I'm still going with the 'changeling' theory.

Or we could, you know, leave the kids to their wild pre-marital sex and not shine flashlights into the backseat like a bunch of fricking pedophiles.

If I've been correctly keeping up with the Perils of Palin, her daughter got knocked up while she taking time off from school with "mono." So while she wasn't feeling up to going to class (including the abstinence-only sex ed and "intelligent design" classes her mom favors), she apparently rallied and found the energy to fuck ...

As soon as Palin gets dropped from the Republican ticket, I suspect she and her family will become the subjects of a TV reality show.

No way. No wa-a-a-ay. we'll find out two months after the election whether the second pregnancy is for real. I still think it's a cover up, b/c there's no way to prove it (no one is going to ask to see pieces of paper and pregancy tests, cuz you know, families are off limits).

I totally agree with idaho@13. Bristol already had the kid, the poor Down's sufferer. This latter pregnancy-out-of-a-hat is a sham.

I say it's gonna be Tom Ridge.

hey, maybe someone can help me out: why is bristol going to school in wasilla/anchorage if the capital (and governor's office) is 18 hours away in juneau? am I missing something?

Evangelicals are united, Dodson is excited to a fever, in supporting Palin ... thousands of churchs just entered the race from Mormon to catholic ...

Mc Cain just carried the day - very big time - and a big part of his needed his base is cemented.

It is a pro life/Mc Cain bonanza, will they sit it out, hell no. Will they fund him, hell yes.

Obama can do nothing to counter this, whew, wish Biden could prove so useful to the ticket.

It seems Biden is a drunk to boot - wonder if that will come up in the debate. Just sayin, now everything is fair game.

Wonder if Biden's kids were virgins in high school? Fair question.

CNN says tied, no bounce. God. Obama, go. Get in the game.

Any polling on abortion in the six important swing states ..... seems it will be important ... very important.

NRA money will gush too.

Alaska is the most mystical place in the US.
And the people from here are very strong.

Oh no - count the Catholics out on this one. At least the old Catholic lady vote.

Sarah Palin is - hold onto your girdles, ladies - a LAPSED Catholic! Even worse, she is an Assembly of God or some god-awful protestant thing like that.

I heard it from my old lady Catholic friends. They're not down with Sarah. And they think McCain is a creep, and way too old. They do like his wife, though.

Palin opposes abortion even in cases of rape or incest, a position which some 85% of Americans reject. The Dominionists who are happy with the Palin pick were already fanatical Republicans. This move earned McCain nothing, and cost him the center.

Actually Trophy vp opposes abortion not only in cases of rape and incest but also in cases where it is the only way to save the mother's life.

Trig Palins birth records still have not been released. Trig was born in April so Bristol Palin could have delivered him and become pregnant again. Suspicous note: Apparently pictures of Trig were all over the Bristol's boyfriend's sister's myspace page. Why would she be so invested in her brother's girlfriend's mother's child. She would only be invested if she thought the child was her brother's son.

I think there's more to this story.

Everyone needs to stop talking about Palin's 17 year old daughter that is pregnant. The poor girl doesn't need the stress of being plastered all over the media. She is gonna be a mother, possibly a single one, and needs to keep her sh*t together. I'm sure being smeared by the media is worse than being taunted in high school. This is just tabloid news.

She probably isn't pregnant ...I'm guessing it was a clumsy knee jerk to the photo with Bristol showing some baby tummy and they tried to spin it quickly and screwed up. See, I believe she really is Trig's mama and was pulled from school to finish up her obvious pregnancy.

They threw this one out to see if it would stick (because she could always have a miscarriage if it didn't work).

The Palin camp is desperate and making mistakes.

Yes. Brilliant of the McCain camp. 9 weeks before election, make horrible choice for VP, have VP turn out to be total dud only Evangelical's really like (before they know anything about her), and then; here's the real brilliance at play, PICK SOMEONE ELSE. Now the experience issue, which some of you seem to think has been "off the table" for months is back on. Except, it's always been there, and it had it's limited effect. Now, McCain can what? Say he has better judgment? Nope. Who will care about how experienced the next VP is anyway? Romney loses independents (the one who will still vote McCain after this) Ridge and Lieberman are pro-choice, not to mention the fact that Lieberman is just a disaster. Pawlenty? Who? Sounds too much like Palin. Stick with mooseburger and ride it out to the end. Anything else all but ends the campaign. Not that I'll be complaining.

Sorry, @26 -- but like it or not, Sarah Palin made her family fodder for the media when she decided to enter politics. Don't forget it was Palin and her husband who announced that Bristol was pregnant.

Although that may be unfair -- and the news media can be accused of taking a special interest in salacious stories -- this might not be news if it wasn't for Palin's popularity with the "Christian Conservatives," and her vocal opposition to abortion, and her support for abstinence-only sex education.

And it calls into serious question how carefully McCain and his minions vetted her before announcing her candidacy; this and some of the other stories that are popping up about Palin raise serious questions about he and his team's judgment. If they could botch something like this, you have to wonder how carefully they will check out potential Cabinet members, Supreme Court justices, federal judges, etc.

Actually, it's great to see the "Christian Conservatives" rallying around a pregnant teenager. Maybe the Republicans can use the convention to announce their plan for supporting all single mothers and their children, especially the ones who aren't related to their candidate for VP. If they are going to continue their efforts to overturn Roe vs. Wade, they owe us an explanation how they would address the issue of the millions (?) of babies that they want to force women to have. Or at least remind us that abstinence is their solution ...

It's very unlikely that Bristol gave birth to Trig and then got pregnant again almost immediately.

First, the number of Down's kids born to 17-year-olds is very low. Not impossible, but unlikely.

Second, while "5 months" is open to interpretation, if that number is accurate she'd have to have gotten pregnant almost immediately after giving birth. Most women don't ovulate for at least 6 weeks after squeezing one out, and most studly teens don't want to bang stretched-out pussy that still has blood clots flopping out every so often.
