This may have ruined "International Talk Like a Pirate Day" for me.

This sounds like the plot for a Herzog/Kinski movie

That's actually pretty funny, for being completely horrible.

I can't believe David Letterman would hire him after this! I'm boycotting CBS.

My dad shot the Easter Bunny when I was four.

Well, really, he shot a rabbit in our backyard (we lived in a rural area) the day before Easter. And I just happened to be watching from the window and had it in my little head that that particular rabbit was the Easter Bunny. I went running sobbing to my mom “Daddy killed the Easter Bunny!”…

That is one of my parents favorite stories from when I was a kid. It’s a lot less depressing than the world’s most evil man, so I thought I would share.

Why settle for the lesser of two evils?

I read the whole article. This guy is a classic case of a cult leader- using his charisma to gather a following and then abusing his followers for his own personal gain. Other examples of this are L. Ron Hubbard (the founder of Scientology), Charles Manson, the leader of those Branch Davidians who were smoked out in Waco, and the guy who had all his followers commit group suicide by drinking poisoned Kool-Aid. It's one of the nastiest and most complicated kinds of crimes.

I read it too. Seems like a pretty classic case of cult or personality. zzz.

Thanks for the link, I heard about that guy a couple of years ago, but there wasn't much information about him on-line.
