Thanks, Ron Paul

From the BBC:

Texas Congressman Ron Paul is to urge voters to reject Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain and vote for a third-party US candidate instead.

Not him, because he’s not running, but someone—Nader, Barr, the reanimated corpse of Walt Disney, whomever.

Too bad he didn’t endorse Barr alone, just to chip away at the conservative vote. But at least he didn’t endorse McCain.

And now, a memory from the RNC in St. Paul last week:

Bob Barr (Libertarian presidential candidate, former Republican congressman from Georgia, and famed hypocrite), is sitting in a coffee shop just a couple blocks from the Xcel Center, drinking an orange soda, and giving a phone interview with Lou Dobbs:

The only option is to vote Libertarian, Lou… The market works—because of the rising price of gas, people have been driving less. If we allow the market to operate, it will adjust itself!

He and his people are trying to get into the convention, but nobody will give them credentials. I asked one of his staffers, Andy MacPherson, who he’d pick if he had to choose between Obama and McCain.

“I have no preference,” he said. “They’re the left wing and the right wing of the same buzzard.”

Go, Barr, go!

Although I will probably vote for Obama (definitely not McCain), everyone should thank Ron Paul for including every 3rd party candidate in his speech, even those he disagrees with (Green Party, Socialist, etc.). Say what you will (usually untrue) about Ron Paul, he understands and respects the institution of free speech and freedom in America.

Wait, the reanimated corpse of Walt Disney is running? This changes everything.

I agree, @4. Although I don't agree with all of his policies, and I wish he had spoken out more about the mistreatment of non-violent RNC protesters.

Unfortunately, the 20 percent drop in gold prices have left Mr. Paul with egg on his financiers faces...

If Bob Barr promises to spend all his money in swing states I will give him all my money. LISTEN TO THE FREE MARKET, BOB! IT'S TELLING YOU TO RUN TV ADS IN OHIO AND PENNSYLVANIA.

The drop in gold prices comes from the big bankers selling it to each other, and the additional selloff of gold bullion into the market.

Whereas McCain represents fascism, Obama represents socialism. Two economically failing and historically murderous endeavors; making this a non-election. Liberals have yet to liberate, and conservatives never conserved.

What Ron Paul is trying to do is end the two party duopoly that has most of you deceived into this false paradyne that "our guy is going to change things because he's not the other guy". Imagine that, in "The Matrix", it turns out that they only escaped one matrix and into another matrix, but thinking they broke out. This is often the observed case now, as we have many so-called conservatives who think they dodged the mainstream media brainwashing, only to go on to be brainwashed by the O'HannityBaugh nexus. Yet I see so-called liberals thinking all media is like Faux News, and thinking they broke out of the matrix, are still living in deception if they think CFR Pick #2 is going to reform anything. Democrats won the house in 2006 to end the war, yet keep funding it - even those covert ops in Iran already taking place.

Since I write about breaking out of the false paradynes, and real people thinking, no doubt the paid cointelpro will find this blog and attack.
