I thought the SFCHotD award was only for journalists who fail to report objectively on marijuana busts and the like. Are we expanding it to include political reporting now? Because that could be confusing...
What was so unobjective about that story to begin with? I just listened to it, and what I got was "McCain says he suspended his campaign, but is still fund raising anyways."
Seems to me like HA is pissed because the reporter didn't editorialize about the so-called suspension. THAT'S what's hacky.
Is it possible that Fletcher's juxtaposition of the suspension and the fund-raiser was meant for people to make up their own minds about whether the campaign is truly suspended? Maybe the credulous hack is Dan, so eager to jump all over his "enemy" KUOW (where he gets regular airtime and book plugs) because someone else beat him to it.
