If you look back through the old old old sex research from the mid 20th c, you'll see some "orgasm" physiology research on people who can orgasm without manual stimulation... because manual stimulation is dirty and not scientific and therefore can't be part of scientific research. Orgasm from fantasy alone. Mary Roach cites bunches of it in Bonk (which you HAVE read, Dan, right?)

In tantric sex books they tell you that on a woman's upper lip is a nerve pathway that connects directly to the clitoris. @11, I am pretty sure there is no nerve pathway between the two any different from say the forehead to the asshole. Now that is not to say that lips are not sensitive and that preforming oral sex is pleasurable to both parties.
